How would you like to take a long journey with us in TELUS International, a Customer Service Management Company?

Now, TELUS International is looking for aCorporate Communications Specialistto manage our external and internal communications in both Istanbul and Izmir, Turkey.

As a Communication Specialist in our company, you will manage and improve all our communication flows inside and outside our company. You will be responsible for promoting a positive public image on our company’s behalf.


Your responsibilities:

  • Create effective corporate communication materials for an internal and external audience while observing brand guidelines
  • Create and manage content for internal communication social network or social media
  • Implement multi-channeled PR and advertising campaigns
  • Events planning and coordination for an internal and external audience
  • Build effective collaboration with other departments
  • Coordinate external partners

Our requirements:

  • Proven experience as communications specialist / PR / Advertising area
  • Good copywriting and editing skills of all kinds of communication materials (press releases, interviews, articles, etc.)
  • Proficient command of English
  • Very good organizational and planning abilities
  • Able to work independently
  • Spirited teamwork and passion for growth
