QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for new team members for Call Center Studio (The global brand of AloTech). With customers in over 18 countries, we are looking for key players to accelerate our growth further.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales and service desired
- Native or fluent (spoken and written) in English
- Strategic thinking
- Experience in B2B SaaS Sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Ability to provide and receive feedback professionally
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and manage big deals directly
- Recruit, train, and develop sales managers and other members of the sales team with resources and objectives in mind
- Providing leadership, direction, development, and mentoring to the sales team
- Assess and set individual sales targets for the sales team
- Responsible for the development and execution of go-to-market strategies supported by market segmentation analysis
- Monitoring and focus to improve performance and effectiveness of Sales
- Researching and Developing growth initiatives and sales execution plans for growth
- Using product information and playbooks to develop and refine high-quality content (conversation plans, email templates, discovery questions, etc.)
- Developing system-level insights and documenting data-driven necessary actions that drive programmatic improvements across the platform
- Writing high-impact proposals to improve sales
- Cultivate lasting business relationships with customers through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices
